Scientific basis of regenerative treatment components

CGF — Concentrated Growth Factors

Concentrated growth factors obtained from the patient's own blood. CGF contains high concentrations of platelets, fibrin, and growth factors (PDGF, TGF-beta, VEGF, IGF) that stimulate tissue regeneration. Over 200 peer-reviewed publications confirm CGF efficacy in orthopedics.

MFAT — Microfragmented Adipose Tissue

Patented technology for processing autologous adipose tissue, preserving pericytes and mesenchymal stromal cells. Clinical studies (Tremolada et al., 2016; Randelli et al., 2018) confirm efficacy in osteoarthritis, cartilage damage, and tendinopathies.

The navigation system — Navigation System

Proprietary navigation system enabling precise delivery of regenerative concentrates to the damage zone under imaging guidance. Injection accuracy is a key success factor in regenerative therapy.

Autologous Approach

All components are derived from the patient's own tissues (blood and adipose tissue). This reduces the risk of rejection, allergic reactions and infection transmission.

Quality and Safety Control

MRI Monitoring

Every patient undergoes control MRI at 3, 6, and 12 months. This allows objective assessment of regeneration and treatment adjustment if needed.

Case Documentation

All clinical cases are documented with before and after MRI. Retrospective data analysis enables continuous protocol improvement.

German Standards

The clinic operates in accordance with TUV standards and German legislation on medical devices and procedures. Full certification.
